Oven baked bone-in Barbeque Ribs

- 2 racks of baby back ribs

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon paprika

- 1 tablespoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon salt

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for tenderness.

3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.

4. Rub the dry rub all over the ribs, covering them evenly.

5. Wrap each rack in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

7. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush them with BBQ sauce.

8. Preheat your grill or broiler and cook the ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes, basting with more BBQ sauce as needed.
