Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 ΒΌ cups kale and romaine salad mix 
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 4 grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 3 rings of sliced red onions
  • 1/3 cup (3 oz.) deli turkey, cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp. (1 oz.) deli ham, cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp. (1 oz.) Swiss cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. (1 oz.) low fat vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Drizzle the dressing evenly.
