Nestlé USA announces voluntary recall of a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine® and Stouffer’s® frozen meals
Nestlé USA is recalling a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine® and STOUFFER’S® frozen meals due to the presence of wood-like material, according to a message from Nestlé USA, sent Mar. 17.
DeCA has publicized this recall to all its stores, according to Richard Stith, supervisory consumer safety officer for DeCA Headquarters and Support Center at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. Whenever a commissary has recalled or withdrawn products in its inventory, they are immediately removed from store shelves.
This recall is isolated to specific batches of Lean Cuisine® Butternut Squash Ravioli, Lean Cuisine® Spinach Artichoke Ravioli, Lean Cuisine® Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry, and STOUFFER’S® Party Size Chicken Lasagna (96 ounces) that were produced between August 2024-March2025. This product was distributed to retailers across the U.S.
The following product is affected by this recall:
- Stouffer’s® party size Chicken Lasagna, 96 ounces: Case UPC 00138000305250, Unit UPC 013800030528 and Batch Codes 4262595915, 4351595915, 5051595915, and 5052595915
This recall does not involve any other Lean Cuisine® or STOUFFER’s® products.
Customers should return the product to the commissary of purchase for a full refund.
