Maggie’s Farm Bed Bug & Flea Killer recalled

Maggie’s Farm is voluntarily recalling two lot numbers of their aerosol Bed Bug and Flea Killer after two reports of the can bursting open, according to a recall notice from the Defense Commissary Agency’s food safety office sent May 26.

The Defense Commissary Agency has publicized this recall to all its stores, said Richard Stith, Chief, Public Health Division, DeCA headquarters at Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. Whenever a commissary has recalled or withdrawn products in its inventory, they are immediately removed from store shelves.   

The following product is affected by this recall:

• Maggie’s Farm Bed Bug & Flea Killer, 14-ounce aerosol can:  GTIN 00811249020540 and lot numbers 0101325 and V10273

Customers should return this product to the commissary of purchase for a full refund.
