Chocolate chip cookie mix recalled
Madhava Natural Sweeteners is voluntarily recalling their MMM… Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix because of undeclared milk allergens, according to a Department of Defense All Food and Drug Activity message sent Aug. 13. The chocolate chips used in the product may contain milk which is not declared on the product label.
Those with milk allergies run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product.
The Defense Commissary Agency has publicized this recall to all its stores, said Chris Wicker, a public health advisor for DeCA headquarters at Fort Lee, Virginia. Whenever a commissary has a recalled or withdrawn product in its inventory, the product is immediately removed from store shelves.

Customers should return this product to the commissary of purchase for a full refund.
