Ace back to school with savings in the Commissary Sales Flyer for Aug. 12-25

FORT GREGG-ADAMS, Va. – As the new school year approaches, it’s time to get ready for classroom adventures and after-school activities. Your local commissary can help make back-to-school shopping a breeze with the Aug. 12-25 sales flyer. From nutritious snacks and lunchbox essentials to supplies and special treats, our shelves are stocked with great deals to help your family start the school year right.  

There's still plenty of time to savor the Thrill of the Grill and make the most of sunny summer days with family and friends. Whole pork belly is on sale for $2.62 per pound, and USDA Choice tenderloin steak is $15.44 per pound. Fresh from the garden, yellow peaches are $2.29 per pound, and red and black plums are $2.59 per pound.          

Fifty-four lucky winners will receive an 18-inch Weber grill and Igloo cooler bundle or a $50 gift card from the Grill and Chill Giveaway. Customers can enter to win prizes using one of three easy methods:

1. Creating a Commissary CLICK2GO account if one has not already been established. New accounts submitted during the promotional period will automatically be entered.

Your commissary makes shopping easy with the Commissary CLICK2GO mobile app. Customers can access the online payment/curbside pickup service, digital coupons, sales flyer, dietitian-approved recipes and more. The mobile app is free for download through the Google Play and iOS app stores.

The Commissary “Thinking Outside the Box” (TOTB) recipe for the period is Shrimp Couscous. TOTB recipes are dietitian-approved, quick and economical solutions for home-cooked meals. Customers will find additional savings on the items listed in these recipes.

More savings opportunities are available through the Pathway to Savings – “Instant Savings, Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Free” deals and Commissary Rewards Card digital coupons. Customers can save over $75 through these deals. Many more digital coupons are available at https://commissaries.com/digital-coupons. Pathway to Savings “BOGO Free” is unavailable at overseas stores; however, overseas customers can still enjoy instant savings by visiting their stores for specific selections and pricing.

• Soda Sale. Pepsi products 24-pack, 12-ounce cans are on sale for $8.99 each from Aug. 17-19. Offer valid in the U.S. This sale is available while supplies last. Selection and pricing may vary by store.

• Fire Up the Flavor. Give your taste buds a treat with Kingsford Charcoal, Nathan’s Famous Beef Franks and Eckrich Smoked Sausage. Save an additional $3 when you buy three participating Kingsford, Nathan’s Famous and Eckrich products. • Del Monte Supports Leashes of Valor. Every Del Monte purchase at the commissary helps support wounded and disabled veterans to receive a service dog.
