Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 whole wheat or whole grain wrap
  • 4 tbsp. (2 oz.) hummus
  • ¼ cup (1 oz.) baby spinach
  • 3 slices of tomato, half inch thick
  • 1 tbsp. (½ oz.) green peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. (½ oz.) red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 tbsp. (1 oz.) feta cheese
  • 5 slices black olives, sliced
  • 5 slices banana peppers

Directions

  1. Spread the hummus evenly on one side of the wrap but leave at least an inch of the boarder.
  2. Layer the spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and cucumbers.  
  3. Sprinkle the olives and banana peppers.
  4. Roll the wrap like you would a burrito then cut in half.
