Minute Maid Strawberry Lemonade recalled
The Coca-Cola Company is voluntarily recalling a specific size of its refrigerated Minute Maid Strawberry Lemonade product due to the potential presence of foreign matter, according to a recall notice from the Defense Commissary Agency’s food safety office sent Nov. 13.
The Defense Commissary Agency has publicized this recall to all its stores, said Richard Stith, Chief, Public Health Division, DeCA headquarters at Fort Lee, Virginia. Whenever a commissary has recalled or withdrawn products in its inventory, they are immediately removed from store shelves.
The following product is affected by this internal recall:
- Minute Maid Strawberry Lemonade, refrigerated, 59 ounces: UPC 000-25000-01970-8 with a date code of DEC 01 20 LE
No other beverages, package types or lot codes are affected by this recall.
Customers should return the product to the commissary of purchase for a full refund.
