Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups of mixed salad greens
- 3 oz. prosciutto ham
- 4 oz. fresh mozzarella balls
- Fresh basil, diced
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Place ½ of the salad greens on a serving plate and top with ½ of the cubed cantaloupe, ½ of the fresh mozzarella, and ½ of the prosciutto ham. Top with basil leaves.
- Repeat step 1 for the second plate.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
