Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 10 apples
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Stick margarine or butter
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal

Directions

  1. Grease 9x13 pan
  2. Peel and cup 10 apples. Arrange the peeled apples evenly in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup water.
  4. Mix flour, sugar, margarine, cinnamon and oatmeal.
  5. Spread the mixture over the apples and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
